Genpact Senior Associate Hiring Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to gather detailed information about existing software systems.
- Develop workflow diagrams to illustrate how information flows between various stakeholders within a software system.
- Create architecture diagrams using the iDesigner tool, based on questionnaires provided by the development team.
- Manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of risk and control assessments by coordinating with at least 15 stakeholders, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Lead the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML protocols.
- Maintain and update Jira items on the Kanban dashboard.
- Actively follow up with teams for status updates or escalate issues as needed.
- Prepare and present status reports on ongoing tasks to senior management.
- Facilitate ad hoc production releases of security controls outside of standard working hours.
- Communicate technical concepts to business users in simple, non-technical language.
Genpact Senior Associate Hiring Requirements:
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including 2-tier, 3-tier, and n-tier architectures.
- Knowledge of authentication processes across different architectural layers.
- Familiarity with hardware components involved in typical software systems.
- Awareness of data retention and deletion practices.
- Experience writing clean, structured Java code using a test-driven development approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to gather requirements and understand the functionality of existing software systems.
- In-depth understanding of technology security controls (authentication, authorization, encryption, SSO, data retention/deletion).
- Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and relevant data protection controls.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
