Wipro Tech Administrator Role & Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Serve as the guardian of the client’s network, server, system, storage, platform, infrastructure, and related equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and are properly maintained.
- Monitor the number of tickets raised through various channels (dial home, email, chat, IMS), and ensure timely resolution according to the established timeframe.
- Conduct root cause analysis on raised tickets, develop an action plan to address the issue, and deliver solutions that promote client satisfaction.
- Manage application and user access based on client requests, providing prompt and accurate responses to meet their needs.
- Track all tickets from the moment they are logged until resolution, adhering to the defined resolution timeline set by the customer.
