Swiggy Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, needs, and pain points.

  • Formulate account strategies to address challenges and create actionable plans to achieve client goals while driving targeted account growth.

  • Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and propose new opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, sales data, funnel dynamics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address obstacles.

  • Propel business expansion for newly onboarded partners by ensuring foundational health metrics and operational standards are met.

  • Generate additional revenue from assigned accounts through strategic monetization efforts and commercial enhancements.

  • Secure increased market share for assigned clients by crafting and executing strategic plans that prioritize dominance in the competitive landscape.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, ensuring delivery of exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, promptly addressing any client concerns or issues.

  • Identify potential clients through lead generation, actively pitching the value proposition, and securing new partnerships.
