PhonePe Marketing Operations Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including emails, WhatsApp messages, notifications, and in-app banners, by collaborating with various teams.

  • Update the MIS dashboard daily using data from external sources, ensuring it is optimized for internal use through Excel automation.

  • Conduct proactive issue analysis, providing actionable insights to minimize risks and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges, driving operational excellence.

PhonePe Marketing Operations Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and a strong bias for action.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and skills.

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, including report automation.

  • Moderate SQL skills for effective data extraction and analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly.

  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations or analytical roles.

  • Preference for candidates with marketing operations experience in large internet or digital companies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
