Jio Resident Associate Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive customer acquisition in targeted markets.
- Execute direct sales to customers through events and promotional activities.
- Manage the onboarding and operationalization of retail outlets, setting them up as Jio Associates.
- Facilitate home delivery and fulfillment of Jio SIMs to customers.
Jio Resident Associate Hiring Requirements:
- Education: Preferably completed 10th grade or 10+2, though this is not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in the local language.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to understand Jio’s products and services, offering added value to customers.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Previous experience in logistics or sales is beneficial but not required.
