ITC HR Executive Hiring Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Campus Initiatives:

  • Successfully manage and execute various campus initiatives across multiple locations, including planning event activities, timelines, and defining clear objectives for each campus.

  • Coordinate with campus representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics, timely setup, and smooth program operations.

  • Develop engaging communication strategies, including promotional materials, event collateral, and social media posts, to enhance program visibility.

  • Identify and address potential challenges during the induction planning and execution stages, implementing innovative solutions to ensure program success.

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for Assistants Under Training, including managing the PF nomination process, handling required documentation, and sharing relevant materials with different divisions.

Employer Branding:

  • Create and implement a robust social media strategy for HR, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team.

  • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms.

  • Conduct industry research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s social media presence.

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage a larger audience on social platforms.

  • Highlight HR initiatives, employee stories, and the company culture through compelling social media content.

HRBP Support:

  • Assist the HRBP team with governance-related documentation concerning employee matters.

  • Prepare annual functional review and planning documents.

  • Respond to and assist with reporting and audit queries.

  • Support the operations team to ensure seamless management of the employee lifecycle.
