Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about products and services. Understand customer needs, offer clear information, and successfully close sales.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

Axis Bank Customer Care Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Education requirement: High school diploma (12th pass).
  • Age: 18 to 30 years.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Ability to address customer queries and offer suitable solutions.Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required.
