SSC GD 2025 Recruitment 2024 || Eligibility
The SSC GD eligibility criteria are set by the Staff Selection Commission, and only candidates who meet these criteria can apply for the available posts. The eligibility criteria include educational qualifications and age limits.
Nationality
Candidates must fulfill the following nationality requirements for SSC GD 2025 Recruitment:
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Vacancies in CAPFs and AR are assigned by state/UT/area. Therefore, candidates must provide a domicile certificate or Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) for their respective state or UT when applying.
Age Limit
The age limit for SSC GD is between 18 and 23 years. Candidates should not be born earlier than January 2, 2002, or later than January 1, 2007.

SSC GD 2025 Recruitment 2024 || Educational Qualification
As per the SSC GD educational qualification requirements, candidates must have passed their 10th board examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates who do not meet this educational qualification will not be considered eligible by the recruitment authority.
SSC GD 2025 Recruitment 2024 || Application Fees
The SSC GD Constable 2024-25 application fee for male candidates is Rs 100, payable during the application process. However, female candidates, as well as SC, ST, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates, are exempted from paying the application fee.
SSC GD 2025 Recruitment 2024 || Selection Process
The SSC GD 2024-25 recruitment process will consist of four stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), and a Medical Test. Candidates will be selected for SSC GD Constable posts in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau through the following stages:
- Stage 1: Written Examination (Computer-Based Test)
- Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Stage 3: Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Stage 4: Medical Test
After passing the medical test, shortlisted candidates will need to attend document verification.
