Kotak Mahindra Acquisition Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% field-based, target-driven sales role focused on open market acquisition.

  • Acquire Savings and Current Accounts through various channels such as canopy activities, umbrella campaigns, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Drive cross-selling of financial products like Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Personal Loans (PL), and Fixed Deposits (FD) to existing customers.

  • Achieve targets for Savings/Current account acquisition and cross-selling within the assigned geographical area (mapped pin codes).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance business opportunities.

Kotak Mahindra Acquisition Manager Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate

  • Experience: 0–1 year in sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)

  • Other Requirements:
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license
    • Age limit: Up to 25 years
