Kotak Mahindra Acquisition Manager Key Responsibilities:
- 100% field-based, target-driven sales role focused on open market acquisition.
- Acquire Savings and Current Accounts through various channels such as canopy activities, umbrella campaigns, cold calling, and referrals.
- Drive cross-selling of financial products like Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Personal Loans (PL), and Fixed Deposits (FD) to existing customers.
- Achieve targets for Savings/Current account acquisition and cross-selling within the assigned geographical area (mapped pin codes).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance business opportunities.
Kotak Mahindra Acquisition Manager Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience: 0–1 year in sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Other Requirements:
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Age limit: Up to 25 years
