InterGlobe Aviation Hiring Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement corrective measures to address identified hazards, errors, or events such as accidents and incidents, ensuring safety and operational integrity.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

  • Meet sales targets as outlined by Headquarters.

  • Expand and strengthen the distribution network, delivering consistent support through promotional initiatives.

  • Foster relationships with direct clients to drive repeat business and sustained sales growth.

  • Enhance station profitability by focusing on high-yield commodities.

  • Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring performance aligns with organizational goals.

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities for future growth and competitiveness.

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, updating confidential reports and market trend insights.

  • Collaborate with Cargo Operations to boost revenue and streamline processes.

  • Design and execute marketing and sales strategies at the station level to grow the customer base.

  • Identify and onboard new retail and corporate clients to expand market reach.

  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, tracking their progress and performance.

  • Ensure cost-effectiveness through optimal utilization and cross-deployment of available resources.

  • Regularly communicate with the Head Office, providing comprehensive reports on sales activities and service standards.

  • Uphold and enforce company safety, security, and operational standards in line with established guidelines.

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by enhancing operational efficiency and addressing client requirements.

  • Stay informed and compliant with safety responsibilities as detailed in IndiGo’s Safety Management System Manual, including policies and objectives.
