HSBC Customer Service Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate setup, renewal, and enhancement of LAS (Loan Against Securities) facilities, including preparation of necessary documentation.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to manage transactional and operational requirements effectively.

  • Address and resolve both pre- and post-disbursal queries with efficiency.

  • Deliver comprehensive client servicing, including provision of Statements of Account (SOAs), Market Value Reports (MVRs), Debit Notes, and interest-related notifications.

  • Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) by compiling and providing relevant client data.

  • Conduct integrated welcome calls and one-time disbursement calls for both new and existing clients.

  • Take on additional tasks aligned with business needs and periodic role evaluations.

HSBC Customer Service Role Candidate Requirements:

  • Must hold a graduate degree.

  • Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and financial documentation in the NBFC/Banking sector.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients as necessary.
