H&M Talent Acquisition Partner Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including maintaining accurate system records (ServiceNow and ATS), crafting job advertisements, sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and executing application workflows.
- Facilitate high-quality hiring decisions by designing competency-based assessment processes, training hiring managers on team-fit interviews, managing expectations, and providing guidance during decision-making.
- Enhance candidate experience by offering clear feedback and ensuring smooth transitions into the pre-boarding phase for successful hires.
- Contribute to team planning by participating in roadmap creation, as well as annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business by delivering insights, expertise, and professional support to drive organizational success.
H&M Talent Acquisition Partner Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in recruitment, such as roles in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Talent Sourcing, or Junior Recruitment, or strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing and assessment.
- Background in Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing, both internal and external, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in goal setting and tracking KPIs.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and negotiate with impact.
