- versee the testing project, including estimation, resource management, scheduling, and assignment of testing tasks.
- Manage and align customer expectations regarding project deliverables.
- Lead, guide, and support the testing team, fostering engagement and professional development.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives such as CMMI compliance and DQI implementation.
HCL Technologies Test Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing testing teams.
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
