Genpact Management Trainee Responsibilities of the Candidate:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process and overseeing associated tasks, including identifying and resolving disputes, reconciling accounts, handling credit balances, and administering unclaimed property.

  • Administering processes for unclaimed property management.

  • Addressing and troubleshooting recurring or occasional process challenges to ensure smooth operations.

  • Supporting and meeting collection targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

  • Continuously enhancing skills and utilizing tools to improve collection efficiency.

  • Evaluating reimbursement notifications and performing acceptability analyses within defined thresholds.

Genpact Management Trainee Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
