Finance Reporting Specialist Candidate Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and preparing reports for various stakeholders, including local regulators, the SEC, Fed, OCC, etc., adhering to standards like US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting requirements.
- Aid in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including posting necessary adjustment entries and consolidating financial data at the conclusion of each accounting period.
- Handle moderately complex clerical tasks as part of the financial reporting process.
- Maintain high standards of service, both individually and for the team.
- Propose improvements to enhance productivity while staying aligned with Citi’s guidelines.
- Share and exchange moderately complex information to ensure clear understanding and provide general assistance to colleagues.
- Support a wide array of products and services.
- Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring to uphold the firm’s reputation by protecting Citigroup’s clients and assets. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Exercise ethical judgment and transparency in addressing, managing, and reporting control-related concerns.

Finance Reporting Specialist Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to handle discretion when exchanging sensitive or complex information.
- Self-sufficient, capable of working independently and reprioritizing tasks as needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of the organization, its business functions, and policies.
- Strong attention to detail.
