Strategic Planning and Market Growth:
- Conduct thorough planning and analysis across all segments in Project Sales.
- Develop growth strategies focusing on key accounts, target geographies, and product-specific initiatives.
Market Development Initiatives:
- Identify growth opportunities and spearhead initiatives to capture market share.
- Promote the adoption of high-end premium products through targeted customer engagements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, and consultants.
- Enhance engagement with applicators via loyalty programs, promotions, and other tailored tools.
Applicator Business Development:
- Deepen understanding of applicator business operations to drive growth.
- Increase loyalty among applicators by onboarding new partners and nurturing existing ones.
Market Practices and Customer Experience:
- Lead initiatives to professionalize contractors and promote advanced tools to elevate market standards.
- Work towards delivering a superior customer experience by driving service enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Integrate with Retail, Services, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless lead generation, timely service, and effective account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams by sharing insights, tracking competition, and conducting market activations.
Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain to ensure timely stock availability.
- Monitor input utilization and ensure compliance with set limits.
Asian Paints Hiring Role Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing from a Tier-II B-School with a minimum of 50% marks throughout academics and no backlogs.
- Experience: Full-time Graduation and Post-Graduation.
