1. 360-Degree Banking: Build and strengthen customer relationships by increasing wallet share and revenue through the phone channel. Understand customers’ needs comprehensively and recommend suitable products, applying the 360-degree banking approach.

2. Quality Focus: Ensure every customer interaction aligns with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Focus on customer retention and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by consistently delivering high-quality service.

3. Product Advisory: Maintain a deep knowledge of all product offerings and address customer needs or queries with relevant product information, following the 360-degree banking framework. Act as the primary contact for assigned customers.

4. New Relationship Development: Grow the customer base by obtaining referrals from existing clients. Drive new business to increase customer acquisition, transaction volumes, and overall revenue.
