Ford Cash Management Executive Role Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations between bank accounts and internal systems (WSS & Suite) to ensure zero discrepancies.

  • Loan & Payment Handling: Manage loan drawdowns, repayments, and dividend transactions efficiently.

  • Accounts Payable & Intercompany Transactions: Process vendor payments and intercompany settlements on time.

  • Multi-Currency Cash Management: Handle cash accounts across different currencies and portfolios.

  • Transaction Monitoring: Oversee future-dated transactions for various currencies to ensure smooth processing.

  • Wire Transfers & Cash Positioning: Initiate and update wire transfers in Suite, ensuring timely movement of funds within Ford accounts.

  • Cash Forecasting: Predict cash requirements for the next five business days.

  • Daily Cash Updates: Record prior day’s closing cash position for internal reporting.

  • Receipts & Payments Processing: Finalize daily receipts and payments, updating the portfolio manager on the cash position.

  • Transaction Processing & Reconciliation: Accurately enter wire receipts and monitor positioning based on incoming requests.

  • EFT Processing: Update and reconcile EFT requests to ensure consistency between WSS and bank records.

  • Adaptability & Time Management: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Bank Communication: Independently liaise with banks for transaction-related queries.

Ford Cash Management Executive Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MBA, CA, CWA (qualified or inter-level)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage urgent tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication skills for bank interactions
