L&T Energy Key Responsibilities:
- Execute purchasing activities aligned with category strategies, ensuring contract finalization with complete and accurate documentation.
- Verify the comprehensiveness of Material Requisition (MR), Material Take-Off (MTO), and Service Requisition (SR) documents.
- Collaborate with Lead Buyers and Category Managers to establish frame agreements and rate contracts.
- Propose supplier development initiatives to Lead Buyers.
- Resolve supplier grievances and document commercial bid clarifications.
- Support technical teams by addressing supplier queries, resolving deviations, and driving value improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate with suppliers and oversee source-to-contract processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records to support post-RFX audits.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional communication among SCM, QA/QC, PMT, Engineering, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
